Crème Fraîche is a video competition of the Service national de la jeunesse and the Centre national de l’audiovisuel. 

The video competition is open to young people aged between 12 and 30 in Luxembourg. The competition is organized in the context of the Luxembourg City Film Festival.

The participation is free of charge.
