Chemical Images – Darkroom Experiments
Saturday, 18 October 2025
During this workshop, inspired by the work of Belgian artist Pierre Cordier, participants will discover a technique called the chemigram. Blending painting and photography, this method for creating abstract images requires no camera, using instead photographic chemicals and light-sensitive paper. In the darkroom, the magic happens: exposing, developing, fixing… in order or disorder: the possibilities for experimentation are endless, and the results always surprising.
