Sites & Infrastructures

In carrying out its missions, the CNA manages various sites:

Dudelange

The "Op der Schmelz" building in Dudelange is shared with the Centre culturel régional de Dudelange and the École régionale de musique de Dudelange. It houses archive rooms, studios, and specialized laboratories. To make sound and image culture accessible to everyone, it offers young and adult audiences film screenings, photographic exhibitions, training sessions, and the opportunity to consult documents free of charge.

Additionally, the CNA manages the Waassertuerm+Pomhouse exhibition site in Dudelange and an additional storage facility in Beidweiler.

Clervaux

The Luxembourg state has made available to the CNA the former Lannoy Brewery, known as the "Brahaus," as well as the upper floors of Clervaux Castle, which house the permanent installation of 503 original and restored prints from the exhibition The Family of Man, conceived by Edward Steichen for the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in 1955. First presented at the castle in 1994, it is part of the Steichen Collections at the CNA. Since its restoration in 2013, the exhibition also includes a library and historical documents that provide context for the collection, as well as an educational platform.
