Objectif

Ce module comprend une brève introduction théorique aux nouveaux systèmes de prise de vue stabilisée par moteur gyroscopique, suivie d’une prise en main de ces systèmes. Ces nouveaux systèmes sont de plus en plus souvent utilisés au cours des tournages de longs métrages et apportent de nouvelles perspectives en matière de mouvement de caméra, tout en offrant de nouvelles opportunités aux réalisateurs pour mettre en œuvre leurs intentions artistiques.

 En fin de journée les vidéos réalisées seront visionnées et le groupe pourra échanger autour de son expérience.

This course includes a theoretical introduction to the new systems of gyroscopic image stabilization as well as practical work with these systems. This technology is used more and more frequently in feature fictions and offer new possibilities of camera movement, by technically facilitating camera movements  as well as by giving the director new means to express his intentions. At the end of the workshop the rushes will be viewed and by all the participants, followed by a discussion in group about the experience.
